Our Story
Nephil Care Ltd was founded in Taunton, Somerset, with a clear and heartfelt purpose: to bridge the gap between people who need care and the compassionate professionals who provide it. We recognised that too many families were struggling to find reliable, person-centred care for their loved ones, and that too many care settings were facing staffing challenges that put both staff and residents under pressure.
We set out to build something different: a care agency that genuinely puts people first. Not just as a tagline, but as a lived commitment that shapes every decision we make, every carer we recruit, and every client we support.
Today, Nephil Care Ltd provides a comprehensive range of services including home care, live-in care, waking nights, agency staffing for care homes and hospitals, befriending services, and private client support. We also supply medical equipment to help people live safely and independently at home.
